4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled experience. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience will not be eligible for a refund. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your experience. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Liability

EliteDrive is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during your experience. You will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in our services. We recommend that you have your own insurance coverage for the duration of the experience.

We expect all our customers to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner during their experience. Any reckless or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the experience without a refund.
